Machining and Fabrication Capabilities

Our 740m² stores and 4000m² workshop are fully equipped with high-performance machinery.
Key facilities include:

  • Light Machine Shop (turning up to 5m lengths and 800mm diameters)

  • 72” Webster & Bennett boring mill with elevated bridge

  • Kolb radial arm drill for drive hub fitting

  • MIG & Bronze welding booths with certified welders

All drawings and sketches are produced on AutoCAD and EDGECAM by our in-house draughtsman, ensuring precision in every project.

On-Site Honing & CNC Machining

Honing is performed on-site to eliminate outsourcing delays, while our CNC machines handle high-volume production with unmatched consistency. Every operator is fully trained to deliver the quality and accuracy our reputation is built upon.
